1. 50% Advance have to pay at booking stalls.

2. 100% Stalls Balance Amount Should be Paid Before Entaring the Stalls.

3. If Any Disscussion of Regarding The Stalls Should be Done Before Booking Only.

4. Please pay advance by scanning the QR Code before proceeding and keep the payment screen for future reference.

5. Lodging Facilities will be provided only For Only 2 members with only legal ID Proofs of Stall Vendors. Normal Rooms Facilities be Provided Only for 3 Days Only ( 72 Hours) no Extra Facilities Will be Provided by the Association.

6. Each Stall Provided with 2 Tables, 4 Chairs, 1 Light,and 1 Plug, Provided with only 500 watts. More than that Facility Will be Charged Extra.
